Let's start with a basic question which comes in every mind generally, that Why to work for something and what we will get from it? and most of people say "money". Do you agree or not? If yes then you are on a wrong track but if your answer is "passion" you are on right track. Well, money is important for us as a human, but it doesn't mean that we only need to think about it and only to work for it. Or if you are a business person who want to do business as startup and wanna be an entrepreneur then "you will not become a real entrepreneur" if you think about money only. It's not the sign of an entrepreneur.

Here are some facts, why mostly people only think about money:

1) They want to seems like somebody who has a lot of money to waste.

2) They need luxuries only to show off.

3) They got criticized or heart by people because of money.

4) They feel like a poor guy between friends or others because they don't have the money like them.

5) They faced financial problems which makes them aggressive. 

An entrepreneur is do something for his passion and make something better, not to make money for his luxury. Their is a very thin line lies between money and you that is "passion".

The logic is very simple, if you are not passionate for anything then you always think before to do it, how much money you will get after doing this, but if you are passionate then you will ready to do it instantly and also for investing your money on it even it will be hit or fail. 

Never compromise with your dreams only for money, because money is only an addiction which you don't need too much for become successful. It's very easy to make money if you do your work with a passion. Money is not for you actually, you are for money and for that you first need to do something which attracts money towards you. Money is not strong then you. Most of people think before to take any step towards business or their passionate work to change it in business, if they haven't money, they can't do anything.

If you can stop thinking about money or caring about money before to take any step, then you can be a successful entrepreneur. And you should be known really, that investing money is more powerful then earning money, because it makes more money, and for that first you should be known, how to waste your money on good things.

Why are you important

There are only two types of people in cemetery. First those who think something and make it happen, second those who use that product. So it means, nobody is useless in this world. Now we talk about these both of people. Basically first type of people are always try to do something and makes the problem solve of second type people whereas second type of people are their customers. Now the question comes, who is better? Answer is nobody.

Actually that not matters, who is better and what they do. Because if their is one of these gone, the second one will be fail. So these both of people need to trust on each other and make everything happens. But the problem comes here,today nobody wants to work for or with someone because of several conceptions like ego, money, leadership, etc.

Nothing will happen if only one person try to do something big and want to make it reality, because their he needs a big cemetery where he can show it to others and others will help him to make it happen. If you think, you can do very big things without others then you are a foolish guy. You should known about the team and network first of all.

Everybody is important for you. And those everyone you are also come in. Now what you need to learn for doing work with everyone is that, you should known the ability of that person which you are recruiting and according that ability you should choose him/her in your team. Everyone can't do everything but their is one work available for them, which they can do better than others, so you need to find out that work for them.

Always remember, you are very important. As a customer or as a creator, that's depend on you what you choose, but you are important for others. Your importance is to be your's that could be a creator or a consumer and make the reality better and better.

Always think to say no to someone, because he is important for you and you are important for you, so it will better if you understand both of points and make a good deal to make something happen.
