First- Make sure that, the person should be creative which you are recruit in your project and for that you need to ask one question to him/her. "How you can make it better?" that's it. So if he/she gives multiple options with a confidence then they are people for your team.
Second- While recruiting people, always ask them "Are they creative or not?". If they show that they are extra ordinary and compare them with others then they will not good for your team because they need comparison only. But if they say "Yes,they are" without thinking and asking about their self so, just join them.
Third- Always work with those people who care about their work and always think to change the industry. These are the best people who you want in your team, but the fact is, it's difficult to find them.
